The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development and Sales Manager to be the engine of our company's growth. This is a critical role for someone who understands the creative industry and is passionate about building relationships and closing deals.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients to pitching our creative solutions and closing contracts. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, a strategic thinker, and has a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively hunt for new business, manage a robust sales pipeline, and meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Understand the Market: Identify and research new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients (e.g., in tech, finance, NGOs, etc.) who would benefit from our services.
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead the process from initial outreach and lead-generation to crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive client presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client executives, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and strategically mapping Holoproduction's creative services (animation, branding, offline amd digital advertising, social media, etc.) as the solution.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure proposals are accurate, compelling, and deliverable
Qualifications & Skills
This is what we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in a B2B business development, sales, or account management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a creative agency, production house, marketing is highly preferred. You must be able to "talk the talk."
- Languages: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You must be a confident and compelling storyteller.
- Professionalism: A professional, polished, and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
- Drive: A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand complex client needs and craft custom solutions.
