Business Development Manager

Sync Media a leading film and media production house is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across Jordan and the region.
If you’re passionate about media, storytelling, and building business relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and approach new clients across corporate, government, and agency sectors.
- Present and pitch Sync Media’s services commercials, documentaries, social media content.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams on proposals and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in media, production, or advertising.
- Strong network with marketing and brand decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Driven, confident, and passionate about creative work.
