Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer emails, calls, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Dispatching technicians to address customer service requests efficiently.
- Creating and following up on service reports, invoices, payments, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and oral forms of English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferably in customer service.
