Position Summary
- We’re hiring a Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist who knows how to create funnels that convert.
- This is a hands-on performance marketing role — you’ll be in Ads Manager daily, launching, optimizing, and
- scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads for borrowers, realtors, and loan officer recruiting.
- You’ll collaborate with our automation and integrations team to ensure every lead flows directly into our
- CRM and follow-up sequences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Facebook & Instagram lead-generation campaigns targeting multiple audiences
- (recruiting, realtors, borrowers).
- Build GoHighLevel (GHL) funnels, landing pages, and automation sequences.
- Create and test multiple ad variations (copy, images, videos, hooks) weekly.
- Collaborate with the design/video team to produce scroll-stopping creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, and CVR.
- Work with the automation team to integrate ads with CRM workflows and Power BI dashboards.
- Develop lead magnet or webinar funnels to attract and educate top-of-funnel audiences.
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation.
- Proven success optimizing campaigns to achieve CPL ≤ $25 and CVR ≥ 20%.
- Experience building funnels and automations in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels.
- Strong ad copywriting and creative testing skills (hooks, offers, CTAs).
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, pixels, and A/B testing.
- Fluent in English; able to collaborate directly with U.S.-based leadership.
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM Amman time or Daylight-Saving Time)
- BONUS: Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services industries.
