Role Overview
You will drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, demo, PoC, commercial proposal, and signed contract. The role requires direct engagement with CEOs, Heads of Compliance, and decision committees within banks, exchange houses, digital wallet providers, finance and insurance companies.
This is a performance-based commercial role with a clear revenue target.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Jordan and GCC.
- Conduct discovery meetings and product demos with compliance and risk teams.
- Coordinate PoC/Trial projects in collaboration with Product & Delivery.
- Develop commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms.
- Ensure smooth handover to Implementation and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate deal tracking and reporting.
Requirements: Must-Haves
- 3 – 6 years in Business Development or Account Management in FinTech, RegTech, Core Banking, Payment Solutions, or Financial Software.
- Demonstrated success selling to regulated financial institutions (banks, exchange houses, finance companies, PSPs, or insurers).
- Solid understanding of fintech products, digital payments, and how financial institutions adopt new technology.
- Ability to communicate with C-level and compliance leadership, shape commercial proposals, and negotiate enterprise contracts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Existing network in the financial sector (i.e. banks, exchange houses, or PSPs).
- Understands procurement cycles for financial services.
- Operates with discipline and follows a structured sales process.
