Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will manage, monitor, and enhance the company’s social media presence, create engaging content, develop and implement social media, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze social media trends and performance data
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of different social media platforms
- Knowledge of design tools or video editing tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in B2B social media or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn ecosystem and B2B tone.
- Skilled in analytics and community management.
- Excellent copywriting in English and Arabic.
