About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will support our users and restaurant partners by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, patient, and enjoys helping others. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist users with order issues, delivery tracking, and account support.
- Communicate with delivery drivers and restaurants to resolve order delays or changes.
- Record and track customer cases and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth customer service workflows.
- Maintain and update customer information on CRM/support systems.
Requirements- Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in customer support or call center.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (especially peak hours).
- Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office, and chatting platforms).
