Job Title: Fleet Manager / Fleet Operations Executive
Location: Amman, Jordan
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in fleet, logistics, delivery operations, or dispatch coordination.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee delivery riders/drivers, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain strong operational performance. The ideal candidate has experience managing delivery fleets, understands last-mile logistics, and is able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily fleet operations including shift schedules, availability, and route allocation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new delivery riders/drivers.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure SLA targets are achieved (on-time delivery, order success).
- Track attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters for all fleet members.
- Resolve delivery issues in real time by coordinating between customer service, restaurants, and drivers.
- Monitor driver app usage, GPS tracking, and operational dashboards.
- Ensure fleet compliance with company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for contract renewals, documents, and rider compensation.
- Work closely with Operations and Dispatch teams to optimize fleet efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, delivery operations, transportation, logistics, or dispatch.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive situations.
- Good communication skills in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
- Proficient in using mobile apps, spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of KPIs such as delivery success rate, cancellation rate, fleet utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with dispatch software or fleet tracking systems.
