We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of electrical appliances products.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support inventory management and ensure product availability in the showroom or sales area.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electrical appliances industry.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical appliances and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Good proficiency in English
