Job Purpose
The Marketing Growth & Funnel Specialist will plan, build, and optimize SEO and social media funnels that convert attention into qualified leads for recruiting, realtor partnerships, and borrowers. The role involves managing Facebook/Instagram ads, landing pages, webinars, and lead funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL), while collaborating closely with the AI Agent Engineer and Marketing Automation Architect to connect ads → funnels → automations → reporting. This position reports directly to the Co-CEO, Retail Production & Growth – Premier Lending, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-generation campaigns.
- Build and manage GoHighLevel funnels, A/B testing, and nurture sequences.
- Set up and manage webinar funnels and automated follow-up campaigns.
- Execute SEO enhancements across websites and YouTube channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance using UTMs, pixels, and GA4.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to develop high-performing creatives and copy.
- Deliver weekly ROI and performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio for content generation and insights.
- Fluency in English at an advanced level and copy creation skills Background in mortgage, finance, or high-ticket lead generation is preferred.
- Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM Amman time)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (FIRST 90 DAYS)
- Launch 2 FB/IG campaigns in 30 days (CPL ≤ $25).
- Create 3 GHL landing pages in 45 days (CVR ≥ 20%).
- Run 1 webinar funnel by day 60 (lead-to-appointment ≥ 10%).
- Deliver monthly ROI report by the 5th of each month.
COMPENSATION & LOCATION
- Full-time, based in Amman, Jordan.
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
- Growth path to Marketing Lead as the hub expands.
WORKING HOURS
On-site position in Amman, Monday to Friday, from from 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Amman Time).
