Job Title: Picker (Inbound & Outbound Operator)

Job Purpose
The Picker (Inbound & Outbound Operator) is responsible for handling daily warehouse operations related to receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. The role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment and maintains proper stock handling within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and conditions against delivery documents.
- Assist in unloading materials and organizing them in designated storage areas.
- Perform putaway operations using RF devices, ensuring items are stored in correct locations.
- Update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the supervisor.
Outbound Operations
- Pick goods accurately as per outbound orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Verify picked quantities and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
- Transfer picked goods to the staging area and assist in loading outbound trucks.
- Conduct visual checks to ensure product integrity and proper palletization.
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred).
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory).
- Familiarity with WMS or RF scanner operations is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual material movement.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
