We are looking for a professional 
GM Office Manager to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth office operations, effective decision-making, and timely execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize schedules, appointments, and meetings for General Manager
 - Coordinate with different departments to gather reports, track progress, and prepare executive summaries.
 - Draft, review, and proofread official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
 - Prepare briefing materials and key documents required for meetings and business decisions.
 - Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
 - Support project tracking and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
 - Oversee the flow of information between management and internal/external stakeholders.
 - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
 - Identify operational issues, propose solutions, and support in implementing improvements.
 - Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and high-level engagements.
 - Monitor and manage office budget, stationery, and administrative needs.
 - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders when needed.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive support, administration, or coordination.
 - Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
 - Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
