A reputable Life Insurance company in Amman, Jordan is seeking a qualified and motivated Potential Agency Leader (PAL) to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven background in sales and management. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to advance their careers within the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives.
Recruit, train, and develop new insurance agents to build a high-performing team.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and ensure continuous team development.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results for senior management.
Ensure all operations comply with company standards and insurance regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Insurance
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Must own a car and have the ability to travel as required.
