Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional located in Amman, Jordan. The individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting and selling our furniture products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, providing product recommendations, performing customer service duties, and managing sales data. Additional responsibilities include training new team members and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and developing team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
