About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
IP Operations Officer to join our International Program Division.
In this role, you will support the daily operations of our international programs by managing logistics, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities. You’ll play a key role in connecting teachers, students, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track teacher-related financial data, process payments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding schedules, studio bookings, and recording sessions.
- Use the internal platform to update and manage class schedules, logistics, and course content.
- Handle daily operational processes to ensure timely delivery of program tasks.
- Provide onboarding and technical support to new teachers and students.
- Oversee teacher account management and maintain accurate records.
- Manage all student and teacher payment processes and resolve related issues.
- Monitor and update the educational website to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Support student registration, attendance tracking, and exam coordination.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide logistical support for exams and schedules.
- Prepare operational reports tracking program KPIs and milestones.
- Perform other relevant administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Education
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Background in IGCSE, AP, ACT, or IB programs is required.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Operations, Account Management or operational roles.
- Experience managing online educational platforms or supporting digital programs is a plus.
Languages
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Skills And Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Solid digital literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience with task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Classera) is an advantage.
