Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative/ secretary . The role is on-site and located in Amman. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to phone calls and emails, assisting customers with their needs, maintaining customer records, and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Service Representatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using customer management software and tools
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- University bachelors degree or equivalent
