About the Role
Karlos Academy — a leading art academy specializing in realistic drawing — is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team on-site in Amman.
This role is the face of our academy — you’ll greet students, support their learning journey, and ensure every visitor and student has a warm, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students and visitors at the academy.
- Track attendance and absence of students accurately.
- Handle course renewals and follow up with existing students.
- Communicate with potential students and help them subscribe to our courses.
- Manage student points, memberships, and progress records.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, artistic, and welcoming atmosphere in the academy.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (friendly and confident speaker).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Passion for art, education, and helping people grow.
- Full-time availability to work on-site at our academy in Amman.
- Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus).
