Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Amman, Jordan. The Insurance Agent will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include selling insurance products, advising clients on coverage options, fostering long-term customer relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of financial products. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge and expertise in financial products and services, including basic Finance concepts
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in managing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Relevant certifications in insurance sales or financial advising are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
