We are looking for a highly strategic and operationally strong
Regional Supply Chain Manager for one of our clients who is a leading
distribution, licensing, and manufacturing company in the Middle East, to lead supply chain planning, optimization, and execution across multiple markets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient inventory flow, supplier coordination, logistics excellence, and process improvements to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership
- Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with commercial and operational goals.
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes across markets.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage sourcing and supplier performance, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
- Optimize procurement processes for quality, cost, and reliability.
Inventory, Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee regional inventory management, distribution strategies, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient flow, and on-time fulfillment.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, OTIF, lead times).
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts and supply plans.
- Support new product introductions and market launches with effective supply coordination.
Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
Experience managing multi-market supply chain operations (preferably GCC / MENA)
Strong analytical skills and competency with supply chain systems/ERP tools
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
