About the job:
As a JavaScript/Typescript Developer at Almosafer, you will be responsible for developing advanced WhatsApp & Call Center bot solutions and creating robust API services using Node.js. Your main goal will be to develop high-quality software that aligns with our business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement WhatsApp bots to enhance user engagement and automate communication processes.
- Designing and building Call Center Genesis) Bots' logic for better understanding customers before being forwarded to Customer Support.
- Develop and maintain scalable Node.js API services to support bot functionalities and other business processes.
- Work with other API services and server-side integration to ensure smooth operation and security of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and services.
- Maintain code integrity and organization, ensuring performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in the JavaScript ecosystem.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Field.
- WA Engineer JD2 Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer with expertise in Node.js and frameworks/libraries such as Express.js.
- Experience building chatbots, preferably on WhatsApp, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with API design and development, and database management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
