Marketing Supervisor (Cosmetics / FMCG)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market position and brand recognition.
- Lead new product development and launches, from concept to commercial rollout.
- Create and implement branding, communication, and marketing strategies across all channels.
- Plan and oversee distribution strategies to ensure optimal market penetration.
- Manage digital marketing, social media presence, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce activities.
- Drive offline marketing initiatives, including retail activations, PR campaigns, and events.
- Coordinate closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth launch execution.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance and marketing ROI, preparing monthly reports and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years experience in brand management, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance.
- Proven experience managing full product life-cycle from ideation to launch.
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent creative, analytical, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead external agencies and partners.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
