Role Overview
The Social Media Communications Executive will manage day-to-day client communication, oversee content execution, and ensure each campaign reflects the brand’s strategy and tone. This role requires someone who can confidently handle client accounts, manage deliverables, and translate marketing goals into powerful social narratives.
You’ll act as both the voice of the client within GRWNET and the voice of GRWNET to the client — ensuring alignment, clarity, and creative excellence across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage social media platforms for assigned clients across diverse industries (beauty, tech, lifestyle, F&B, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts.
- Draft engaging, platform-relevant captions and campaign copy (Arabic/English as needed).
- Monitor trends, competitors, and social conversations to create culturally relevant content.
Content & Communication
- Work with the creative team to brief and develop visuals, videos, and Reels/TikToks.
- Support in content production and influencer partnerships.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, ensuring each post reflects the client’s tone and positioning.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting growth, engagement, and recommendations.
- Identify new opportunities for improvement and audience engagement.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between GRWNET and assigned clients.
- Manage client expectations, deadlines, and deliverables with professionalism and transparency.
- Participate in client meetings, present content plans, and proactively share creative ideas.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients — ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership growth.
- Coordinate internally with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver top-quality outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media-related fields.
- 2–4 years in a marketing agency or digital content studio.
- Proven experience managing client communications and campaigns.
- Familiarity with GCC markets (Saudi, UAE, Jordan) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Confident in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
