The HR Talent Acquisition Officer
is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the
recruitment team. This role assists in posting job ads, scheduling
interviews, tracking applications, and maintaining candidate databases to
ensure recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and internal portals.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and communicate with candidates regarding appointments.
- Maintain candidate trackers, status updates, and interview documentation.
- Ensure candidate documents and files are organized and uploaded to the ATS.
- Support onboarding logistics, including follow-ups on required forms and system access.
- Collect feedback from interview panels and compile summaries for TA Specialists.
- Handle general TA correspondence and respond to basic inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks during recruitment campaigns and events.
- Participate in internal TA meetings and take notes for action tracking.
- Learn and assist with using systems like ATS and LMS for recruitment workflows.
- Assist in maintaining TA logs, tracking applications, and reports.
- Support accurate and timely data entry, updates, and maintenance in HR systems and related
platforms under supervision.
- Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct Managers.
