We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Officer to support and drive our content operations. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in SEO, editorial quality, and performance analytics. You will collaborate with writers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with For9a’s mission and contributes to measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Workflow
- Coordinate with writers, editors, and contributors to deliver high-quality content.
- Support the planning and execution editorial calendars, workflows, and task assignments.
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with For9a’s goals and brand voice.
Content Strategy & SEO
- Implement content strategies to grow organic traffic, visibility, and engagement.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize new and existing content.
- Conducted keyword research and competitor analysis and identified growth opportunities.
- Apply SEO best practices, including internal linking, metadata, structure, and schema.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure content meets editorial standards, accuracy, and clarity.
- Review and proofread content to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Support regular audits of existing content to enhance performance and relevance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and monitor content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Prepare reports on KPIs (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, marketing, and development teams to align content with business needs.
- Contribute to SEO-driven landing pages, campaigns, and multilingual content strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content management, ideally in digital media, education, or opportunity platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Familiarity with HTML, metadata, schema markup, and technical SEO basics.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
