About The Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Communication Specialist to support the company’s marketing activities and brand communication. This role involves managing campaigns, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring consistent execution of marketing plans across all channels.
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Execute ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Implement communication and promotional campaigns across various media channels.
- Coordinate daily tasks with creative and media agencies, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and placements.
- Support in-store promotions, events, and trade shows, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
- Create and manage content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including planning, briefing, coordination, review, and posting.
- Manage packaging system implementations and ensure alignment with marketing plans
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, gather insights, and provide recommendations to improve future activities.
- Maintain an updated inventory of promotional materials and coordinate their distribution.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
