Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a customer service representative at CsMena in Amman. The customer service representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service daily.
Qualifications
- Language Skill: English B1 – B2.
- Must be graduated.
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support Skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology
- Fully available for all shifts (24/7)
