To support our growth, we are looking for a Logistics Operations Lead who will manage and optimize our end-to-end delivery operations.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support and manage the day-to-day operational tasks that ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This role involves coordinating with drivers, monitoring performance metrics, supporting order fulfillment processes, and assisting with the implementation of operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the food delivery or ride-hailing industry, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support driver scheduling, route planning, and performance tracking.
• Monitor key operational metrics and flag issues for improvement.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and generate basic operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide day-to-day support to the operations team and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably within food delivery or ride-hailing platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, reporting software, and operational dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
