Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Research & Communication Officer to join our Data & Research team. The role will focus on leading enterprise-wide workflow research, departmental process mapping, cross-functional communication, and market/vendor research. The ultimate goal is to enable informed digital transformation decisions and improve decision science across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with departments to document and analyze workflows, decision points, and recurring cross-functional tasks.
• Identify operational dependencies and communication needs across teams to support coordination and efficiency.
• Continuously research and stay updated on enterprise systems, digital tools, and vendor offerings relevant to the operational context.
• Act as a liaison between departments and IT/project teams during system selection initiatives by translating functional needs and workflows into system requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Manage communication plans and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on workflow changes, system decisions, and transformation progress.
• Maintain and update documentation related to workflows, system research findings, communication logs, and decision records.
• Support strategy and research teams by translating workflow insights into actionable inputs for decision science frameworks and strategic planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business process research, enterprise communications, or project collaboration roles.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, interview facilitation, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with workflow mapping and business process tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) as well as digital communication platforms.
• Experience in researching enterprise software ecosystems, vendor landscapes, and digital transformation trends.
• Highly cooperative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-growing environments.
Preferred:
• Experience in food delivery, logistics, or technology startups.
• Background in strategic research, change management, or digital enablement projects.
