Core Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner to ensure a good customer service and customer satisfaction to ensure the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Oversee the seating arrangement to optimize table turnover and accommodate reservations efficiently. Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Schedules dining reservations for guests in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Manage the seating process, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Answer phone calls and emails from guests interested in making reservations or ordering food.
- Record reservation details accurately, including party size, date, and time preferences.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations for corporate events, private parties, and other functions.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure that meeting room setups meet the needs of each booking
- Communicate with clients to confirm reservation details, including room layout, catering options, and audiovisual requirements
- Any other job-related duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area in Stewarding department.
