Responsibility in assisting the Showroom Supervisor in providing a professional & outstanding customer service and branding to Jordan River Designs including Handicrafts and Karma Kitchen. Implement the set marketing strategies to improve JRF’s market position and achieve financial growth, builds key customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales
- Assists in the implementation of a sales and marketing plan according to the detailed action plan.
- Coordinate all sales activities to increase sales and achieve the needed targets and to increase the promotion to JRF products.
- High profile clients service to increase sales and achieve the needed targets.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities for new products and services to be updated.
- Conduct daily, weekly & monthly sales reports to ensure work is going according to the plan.
- Establish new corporate & wholesale accounts to future sales.
- Reach out to customer & corporate leads to ensure future sales.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Prepare reports to ensure that there is enough stock of the products at the warehouses.
- Attends national trade and exhibitions to showcase JRF’s products and services when requested.
- Assist in events and annual launches to ensure proper event coordination.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes to ensure work is going according to the plan.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to ensure proper communication.
- Continuously improve through management & customer feedback to ensure providing the best service.
- Handle all e-commerce activities while continuously updating product availability & prices to ensure all its all up to date.
Showroom:
- Increase sales performance in order to achieve a high selling to JRF designs.
- Maintain a clean display of products to increase sales and achieve the needed targets.
- Continuously updating inventory and maintaining enough stock
Client Management
- Understand customer needs and provide support and solutions to increase sales and achieve the needed targets.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients and contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products can meet their needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or any other related field (Preferred).
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on sales, and CRM experience.
