Job Experience And Competency Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a freight forwarding / shipping company, preferably in documentation.
- Experience in LCL manifesting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
