Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly reliable and senior-level Regional Admin and HR Coordinator who will oversee administrative and HR-related functions across our operations in Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations, managing payroll coordination, handling bookkeeping, and supporting HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Leadership: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for our Jordan office while ensuring coordination with our offices in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. This includes managing office supplies, dealing with suppliers, and keeping track of invoices and payments.
• Payroll and Bookkeeping Coordination: Coordinate and manage payroll processes for our teams in Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Ensure accurate bookkeeping across all entities and prepare necessary documentation for our accountants.
• HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks such as candidate screening, maintaining personnel files, and handling correspondence relevant to HR and admin duties.
• Financial and Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operations by managing access to bank accounts and supporting financial administration. This role will be entrusted with sensitive information and will act as a key point of contact for administrative and HR coordination across the region.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior administrative or operations role, ideally with exposure to HR functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and bookkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
