Job Overview:
Centric Prime is hiring a Social Media Specialist on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you will manage social media accounts, create engaging content, run paid ad campaigns, and grow online communities. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-savvy, and organized, with experience in both organic content and paid advertising.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for videos, images, and posts, keeping up with viral trends across social media channels.
- Produce video presentations covering topics based on the client’s needs.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the client’s objectives, target audience, and brand goals.
- Create and maintain a social media calendar with scheduled posts.
- Create in-app social media stories to increase engagement.
- Manage the client’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent quality and engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Leverage AI tools in marketing to create automations, enhance content, and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content, visuals, and messaging are cohesive and effective.
- Engage with the client’s online communities, respond to comments/messages, and grow their social media presence.
- Stay up-to-date with social media and AI marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance strategies.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets and allocating resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports to the client and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, managing both paid and organic campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools for social media and marketing to create content, analyze data, or optimize campaigns.
- Strong video presentation skills; comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging video content.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-channel social media marketing and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Creative thinker and problem solver, with strong attention to detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
- Must work from 10 am - 7 pm Amman time
- Must have high speed internet (Minimum 100 Mbps of Speed) and a computer
