Summary of Position
The Account Executive acts as a direct link between the company and the client and is accountable for maintaining day-to-day operations. Their main focus includes handling ongoing day-to-day requests, planning for impending requests, and collaborating with the internal team to fulfill all requests with high quality and on time.
Responsibilities and Duties
1- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
2- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and performance, to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
3- Strategic Planning:
- Work with clients to develop marketing strategies and plans that align with their business goals.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
4- Campaign Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to clients.
- Analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5- Client Communication:
- Prepare and deliver alongside internal teams regular progress reports, campaign summaries, and other client-specific documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
