Arabic speech technology trusted by leading enterprises and governments in the GCC and

We are a fast-growing startup with global ambitions, and we’re looking for a Head of Brand
& Communications to shape and amplify our story. This is a unique opportunity to join
early, define how Hamsa is perceived worldwide, and position us as the category leader in
Arabic Voice AI.
What You Do
- Own and drive Hamsa’s brand positioning, voice, and reputation, ensuring consistency
across all touchpoints.
- Translate our go-to-market strategy into compelling narratives, campaigns, and
communications.
- Lead creative strategy and storytelling to position Hamsa as a category-defining company.
- Oversee content creation (announcements, case studies, product launches, thought
leadership) and ensure high-quality execution.
- Build and manage PR & media relations, securing coverage and amplifying Hamsa’s
milestones.
- Lead strategic campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, events, industry press, partners).
- Partner closely with the founders and leadership to craft thought leadership, speeches,and external representation.
- Manage and scale a lean marketing & creative team (internal + external).
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in brand, communications, or marketing leadership, with experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth tech startups.
- A strategic storyteller who knows how to turn milestones into big brand moments.
- Strong PR, communications, and creative direction skills.
- Track record of leading multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Startup mindset: hands-on when needed, resourceful, and impact-driven.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic a strong plus).
- Familiarity with enterprise/government audiences in MENA is highly desirable.
