Employee Wellbeing & Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing employee wellbeing, supporting mental health, and strengthening company culture through initiatives, programs, and open communication. With a foundation in psychology, or organizational development, the ideal candidate will act as both an advocate for employees and a partner to leadership, ensuring that people remain at the heart of the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and overall employee wellbeing.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring open, empathetic, and confidential communication channels.
- Gather, analyze, and act upon employee feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align wellbeing and cultural programs with business goals.
- Promote recognition, inclusivity, and professional development opportunities across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and support employee wellbeing through data-driven insights, surveys, and check-ins.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)..
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written (C1 level and above)
- 2+ years of experience in Psychology, employee engagement, wellbeing, or a related people-focused role.
- Exceptional empathy and emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build trust, foster inclusivity, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in coaching, facilitation, or employee support programs is a plus.
