Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to join our team at EnToneYo's Way. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, managing budgeting processes, financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and department heads to support data-driven decision-making and drive financial efficiency across the school.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of practical experience in financial management, budgeting, or auditing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to deadlines and follow-up.
