Job Activities:
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Track payments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements on time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Monitor AR collections and ensure timely invoicing.
- Process and manage AP invoices and vendor payments efficiently.
- Ensure timely bank payments and account reconciliations.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Maintain and file financial documents systematically.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
Financial Collection
- Keeping track of customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Contact customers to follow up and collect due payments.
Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct procurement for office supplies and follow up with suppliers.
- Follow up on salaries, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
- Track employee attendance and absences.
- Provide financial support services to different departments.
Job Requirements:
- Work experience as an Accountant ( 5-7 ) years
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Advantage: Previous experience working with Zoho or other ERP systems.
