Your TeamThe Marketing Operations & Demand Generation team serves as the engine that powers global marketing effectiveness and pipeline growth. We sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring that marketing programs run efficiently, scale across regions, and deliver measurable impact.
Our team is responsible for:
- Systems & Infrastructure – Managing Salesforce and Pardot to ensure campaigns, data flows, and reporting run seamlessly.
- Global Process Alignment – Designing and maintaining consistent frameworks for campaign setup, lead routing, attribution, and reporting across UK, MENA, AUS, LATAM, and North America.
- Demand Generation – Building and executing global and regional campaigns to drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and support sales teams.
- Data & Analytics – Providing visibility into engagement, pipeline, and ROI through dashboards and insights that help teams make smarter decisions.
- Collaboration & Enablement – Partnering with regional and functional marketing teams to execute campaigns, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with global and regional data privacy requirements.

Your RoleWe are seeking a Marketing Operations & Demand Generation Specialist to help execute and optimize our global marketing programs. This role will focus on campaign execution, email marketing operations, segmentation, and reporting, while supporting demand generation activities across UK, MENA, Australia, and LATAM.
The Specialist will work hands-on in Salesforce and Pardot to build campaigns, manage email execution and tracking, segment audiences, and ensure accurate reporting — while partnering with the Director of Demand Generation and regional marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive pipeline.
This role reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.
Your ResponsibilitiesMarketing Systems & Campaign Execution
- Build and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and automation programs in Pardot (MCAE).
- Manage email execution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate delivery and performance measurement.
- Oversee list management and segmentation strategies to target the right audiences in each region.
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly in Salesforce and integrated systems.
Demand Generation Support
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, paid, events) in coordination with content and regional marketing teams.
- Support campaign logistics, QA, and post-campaign follow-up.
- Track campaign performance and share insights with the Director of Demand Gen.
Data & Reporting
- Assist with lead lifecycle tracking and campaign attribution.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support visibility into campaign impact.
- Monitor database health, enrichment, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, regional regulations).
Process & Enablement
- Follow established frameworks for campaign naming, lead scoring, and routing.
- Help document and refine workflows to improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales Operations on lead handoff and campaign follow-up.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Your Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (MCAE).
- Strong experience with email campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with experience building or using dashboards/reports.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across global teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
