A reputable company located in Jordan is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager.
Main duties :
- Drive aggressive new business growth across the GCC by identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, boards, and senior decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a clear business development strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver monthly progress reports on business development activities, pipeline performance, and market opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Actively network and build targeted relationships with decision-makers across priority sectors to generate new business leads.
- Leverage market insights and client feedback to position Governance Dynamics ahead of competitors in every proposal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and ensure a smooth delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, training, or professional services.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High energy, positive attitude, strong presence, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong network and understanding of local business culture.
- Proactive, target-driven, and relentless in originating and closing new high-value opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
