Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing and Positioning
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing Bayt.com products.
- Translate product features into compelling value propositions and messaging tailored for HR decision-makers and business leaders.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product positioning is consistent across all channels.
- Campaign Development & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (email and content) to generate qualified employer leads.
- Manage incoming employer leads and queries, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth handover to sales teams.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, report on KPIs, and suggest innovative strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage seasonal and thematic campaigns (e.g., National Days, Ramadan offers) to drive revenue growth.
Content and Collateral Creation
- Create and manage engaging B2B content, including blogs, case studies, sales decks, product one-pagers, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce visuals, videos, and other creative assets aligned with Bayt.com's brand voice.
- Support campaign execution with hands-on tasks such as creating HTML assets, maintaining campaign calendars, and preparing project documentation.
- Develop nurture flows and retargeting emails to engage lost or unconverted leads.
Market Research and Insights
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify trends in HR tech, SaaS, and recruitment industries.
- Provide insights to the sales and product teams on employer pain points, industry trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Drive website conversion improvements by conducting audits, A/B testing, and implementing CRO best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with lead generation goals.
- Partner with the product team to communicate client feedback and ensure product features are well-positioned in the market.
- Coordinate with events and partnerships teams on webinars, expos, and employer events to generate demand.
- Expand lead reach by distributing content through B2B lead generation platforms, directories, and strategic online profiles.
Skills
- B2B content creation (blogs, case studies, newsletters, sales collateral) with familiarity in SEO best practices
- Email marketing strategy, creation, and dispatch using automation tools Strong writing and communication skills tailored to business/HR audiences
- Experience leveraging ChatGPT and other AI tools to support content creation, research, and optimization
- Coordination with performance marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
- Marketing analytics and reporting to measure engagement and conversions
- Project and campaign management (calendars, documentation, deadlines)
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email formatting and campaign assets (a plus)
- Collaboration across sales, product, and content teams
- English fluency (Arabic proficiency a strong plus)
