The E-commerce & Social Media Officer is responsible for managing the company’s online store, social media platforms, and digital marketing activities. The role includes handling product listings, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, competitor monitoring, and preparing monthly performance presentations. This position aims to maximize online sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen brand presence across digital channels.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital sales strategies.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube).
- Knowledge of logistics coordination and order fulfillment workflows.
- Skilled in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Experience with website management and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
