This Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with the airline’s commercial objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across all channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead integrated marketing and communication plans.
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps and campaign calendars.
- Plan and manage brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Manage agency relationships, creative briefing, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and evaluate ROI.
- Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee brand messaging consistency across customer touchpoints.
- Support PR and reputation management during sensitive periods.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
- Skilled in content creation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage external agencies.
- High level of creativity, innovation, and adaptability in dynamic markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing
