Job Summary:
Supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations and providing general support to enhance HR functions.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Preparing HR-related reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
- Managing communication between the HR department employees, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance where required.
- Organizing and maintaining the HR filing system.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Conducting and scheduling job interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Assist in monthly payroll.
- Collect and process employee attendance.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Good English language skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
