Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Amman, Jordan with frequent visits to Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing strategic sales deals. This role involves promoting our solutions through compelling presentations, proposals, and client engagements. The Sales and Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets (e.g., real estate, architecture, design, technology).
- Generate leads through market research, outreach, and networking.
- Deliver compelling presentations and effectively promote the company's products and services with professionalism and clarity
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and sales agreements customized to client objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle; from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support post-sale.
- Attend industry exhibitions, meetings, and conferences as a company representative.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, or account management, ideally within creative, tech, or design-based sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, Notion).
- Experience working with GCC-based clients, especially in the real estate or development sectors.
- Knowledge of XR technologies (AR/VR), 3D visualization, or real estate marketing.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Unreal Engine or similar.
- Previous experience in architecture, creative studios, or immersive tech.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 70% of the time) to Riyadh.
