The Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to own the growth engine—pipeline, partnerships, and revenue. You’ll identify opportunities, craft solutions with our tech team, and close deals for custom development, product builds, and ongoing support/retainers.
What You’ll Do
•Build and manage a qualified pipeline across target markets (MENA, EU, US).
•Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solutioning with engineers → proposal/pricing →negotiation → close.
•Grow channel/partner relationships (agencies, consultancies, ISVs).
•Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and leading indicators (SQLs, win rate, cycle time).
•Create persuasive proposals and SoWs; coordinate with delivery for smooth handoff.
•Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and report insights.
•Represent TruTed at events, webinars, and demos.
What You Bring
•4–7+ years in B2B software/services sales (web/app development, custom software, or cloud).
•Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas.
•Strong discovery & solution selling; comfortable talking with founders, CTOs, and procurement.
•Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
•Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce) and LinkedIn prospecting.
•Bonus: experience selling retainers, managed services, or productized packages.
Terms of Employment
•Probation Period: The first three (3) months are considered a trial period without fixation.
•Salary During Probation: Fixed at 400 JD monthly (non-negotiable).
•Termination Clause: Either the company or the employee may terminate the contract during this probation period without providing reasons.
•Upon successful completion of probation, salary, commissions, and benefits will be reviewed.
