ZADD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our expansion in the accounting and financial services sector in KSA. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about driving growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the finance and accounting industry.
Location: Jordan (with multiple trips to KSA)
Experience: 3 years in professional business services in KSA
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales- Identify and pursue new clients seeking to outsource accounting services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders to drive business growth.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase ZADD’s expertise.
Market Research & Strategy- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and accounting standards impacting outsourcing services.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management- Understand client needs and provide customized outsourcing solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and project execution with internal teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and explore upselling and long-term partnerships.
Reporting & Networking- Report on sales performance, market insights, and new opportunities to senior management.
- Represent ZADD at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop business growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within professional business services in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in finance and accounting .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel to KSA periodically for client meetings and business development activities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
