Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Orange’s business objectives and strategic HR plan.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including leveraging online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Orange’s employer brand and values.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and representative workforce.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, policies, and regulations.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the telecommunications industry.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in using digital recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to secure top talent in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage budgets and forecast recruitment costs accurately.
- Proficient in English Language (written and spoken).
