Bank of Jordan is actively seeking a results-driven and experienced Cash Management Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the cash management sales strategy, promoting our cash management products and services, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.
The Cash Management Sales Manager will collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand their cash flow needs and develop customized solutions that enhance their liquidity management. You will also play a key role in training and guiding sales teams on cash management strategies and best practices while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in cash management services, targeting new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- Collaborate with clients to assess their cash management needs and tailor banking solutions that optimize their cash flow and liquidity
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation of cash management sales initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for business development and enhance service offerings
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders on cash management solutions and best practices
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations and risk management to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management."
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on cash management solutions
- Strong understanding of cash management products, services, and practices
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and client needs to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in using banking systems and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
