Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on
Part-Time CSR Strategy Support Officer to support the development and execution of Nobles Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience working in CSR within corporate environments—preferably in Jordan—and a strong understanding of the local context and community needs. This role also supports public relations and corporate event activities to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, brand tone, and community values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of Nobles Group’s CSR strategy in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Research and recommend local community initiatives, NGOs, and strategic partners that align with Nobles’s CSR vision.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating CSR-related events and campaigns, including volunteer activities, community outreach, and charitable initiatives.
- Draft communication materials, such as CSR announcements, press releases, media advisories, and post-initiative reports.
- Monitor and analyze media and community engagement related to CSR efforts; compile reports for management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in CSR report publication and alignment with global CSR standards and norms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications or coursework in CSR or charity work are a plus.
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR within a corporate setting, ideally in Jordan
- Solid understanding of CSR best practices and community engagement in the local context
- Creative thinker who is resourceful and passionate about making a positive social impact, particularly as related to educational programs and organization.
